Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Service

Syndicates provides digital educational content, including video courses, trading indicators, and proprietary analysis frameworks. All content is delivered digitally and is immediately accessible upon payment. Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, the content cannot be "returned."

We sell paid memberships to users worldwide. Regardless of your location, by purchasing access you agree to the strict refund terms set out below.

2. Strict Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following extremely limited circumstances:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial membership payment; AND
  • You have not clicked "play" on any video lesson or otherwise accessed any course content, indicators, private community materials, or any subscriber-only features.

Once you click "play" on any video lesson, access any indicator, join the Discord community, or use any subscriber-only feature, you are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This is because you have consumed proprietary educational material that cannot be returned.

For refund and chargeback review, we may rely on server-side access records showing when your account first started playback of a video lesson or otherwise accessed subscriber-only content.

3. Consumer Rights and Express Waiver of Withdrawal Right

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a cooling-off or withdrawal period. However, because we supply digital content, many consumer protection laws (including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU) provide that the right to withdraw does not apply once digital content has been supplied and you have expressly consented to immediate performance.

By purchasing Syndicates membership access, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service (i.e., immediate access to digital content) and acknowledge that you will lose any statutory right of withdrawal once you begin accessing the content. This acknowledgment is a binding condition of your membership.

If you do not access any content within the 14-day period and request a refund during that time, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days, at our sole discretion.

4. No Refunds For

No refunds will be granted in the following circumstances:

  • You have watched any video lesson or accessed any course material;
  • You have downloaded or accessed any indicator files or proprietary tools;
  • You have joined or accessed the private Discord community;
  • You have used or accessed any other subscriber-only features;
  • You forgot to cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date, if recurring billing applies;
  • You were dissatisfied with trading results (we provide education, not guaranteed returns);
  • You change your mind after accessing content;
  • You found the content unsuitable for your needs after accessing it;
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • You dispute a charge without first contacting our support team;
  • Any reason not explicitly covered in Section 2.

5. Cancellations

Fixed-period launch payments do not automatically renew and do not need to be cancelled. If recurring subscriptions are available, you may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any current or prior access periods.

You will retain access to member features until the end of your current access period. No partial refunds are given for unused days in an access period.

6. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us first at support@syndicates.cc within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Contest illegitimate chargebacks;
  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice;
  • Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities;
  • Recover our costs and fees associated with the dispute;
  • Blacklist you from future access to our Services.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., proven technical failure on our end that prevented access to the Service for an extended period), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full credit or refund. Any such decision is final and does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the extremely limited circumstances described in Section 2, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase:

Include your registered email address and the reason for your request. Refund requests are typically processed within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria in Section 2.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
